Andy works with irrigation districts to implement water conservation projects across the Deschutes Basin.
Andy joined the DRC in January of 2006 as an intern. He is currently a Program Associate in our water conservation program. Andy holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Political Science from Whitman College. Prior to working at the DRC, Andy worked as a water resources technician for the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, a fisheries technician for Plum Creek Timber and a fly-fishing guide for Talaheim Lodge in Alaska.
