Scott oversees DRC restoration programs and manages projects along Whychus Creek.
Scott has managed the DRC's projects since 1999. He is responsible for project development, project application and approval and tracking of completed projects. Scott also plays a key role in Whychus Creek restoration, where he works with the Upper Deschutes Watershed Council and the Deschutes Basin Land Trust to implement a joint restoration strategy. Scott has worked as a Naturalist and Outreach Facilitator for the Friends of the Metolius and as an intern with the Deschutes Basin Land Trust. Scott has a BS in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Biology and Political Science from the University of Oregon, Eugene in 1998.
