We urgently need volunteers for Race for the River on August 7th!

If you are interested in supporting the race, please check time slots below and choose your activity. Volunteers will be rewarded with two drink tickets and swag bags. Please email lee@layitoutevents.com to sign up!

Timeline:

8 am – 10 am

Registration and directing boaters to staging area – 8 volunteers needed

10 am – 12 pm

Alcohol Servers – 4 volunteers needed
Alcohol Servers must be at least 21 years old and will serve beer and wine to patrons.

Perimeter Patrol – 5 volunteers needed
Perimeter Patrol must be at least 18 and will make sure alcohol does not leave the designated area.

Race Start Volunteers – 8 volunteers needed
Race Start Volunteers will help with registration and directing boaters to staging area.

Race Finish Volunteers – 6 volunteers needed
Race Finish Volunteers will help pull boats out of the water at the finish line.

12 pm – 2 pm
