A clean, reliable water supply for agriculture, ecosystems and cities has long been a key issue in Central Oregon. The DWA believes that this issue can only be solved through the cooperation of Deschutes Basin stakeholders. The DWA Scenarios apply information from the DWA planning studies to create a vision of future water allocation in the upper Deschutes Basin.
