Director of Program Operations
Brett develops large-scale programs and facilitates their implementation across the upper Deschutes Basin.
Brett joined the Deschutes River Conservancy in 2005. He works across the Deschutes River and its tributaries to develop programs that cross jurisdictional boundaries and meet agricultural, municipal, and environmental needs simultaneously. As Director of Program Operations, he ensures that the organization allocates its resources to best achieve its goals across the basin.
Brett came to Oregon via Yale University's School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. When he's not working, he spends his time floating Oregon's rivers or riding one of his four bicycles.
