541-382-4077 x 15Kelsey joined the Deschutes River Conservancy in March 2014. She works with water rights leasing, transfers, and conserved water applications. Conducting water rights research, evaluating stream flow and water rights data, identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, and preparing reporting materials are also part of her position here.
Prior to joining the DRC, Kelsey worked for the US Forest Service in a variety of disciplines including wildlife, fisheries, forestry, botany, and fire dispatch. She also worked for a large company doing weed monitoring and mitigation. Kelsey received her BS in Natural Resources with a minor in Fisheries and Wildlife from Oregon State University in 2011. When she is not working, Kelsey is fly fishing with her husband.
