Kelsey joined the Deschutes River Conservancy in March 2014. Most of her time is spent evaluating, collecting and organizing stream flow and water rights data, managing grant proposal timelines and materials, and submitting flow restoration reports to funders.
Prior to joining the DRC, Kelsey worked for the U.S. Forest Service in a variety of disciplines including wildlife, fisheries, forestry, botany, and fire dispatch. She also worked for the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company doing noxious weed monitoring and mitigation. When she is not working, Kelsey is fly fishing with her husband.
