Tod Heisler, DRC Executive Director, traveled to Salem to receive the State of Oregon Water Resources Department's Conservation award in May of 2007.

The DRC published its 2005 Annual Report this week. The report highlights the streamflow restoration and water quality improvement projects that we implemented or funded in 2005.

In a couple of weeks, about 175,000 steelhead fry are going to be released into Whychus Creek. For the steelhead reintroduction efforts to be successful, these fragile, two inch fry are going to need a very healthy ecosystem to survive and thrive.
