The Deschutes River Conservancy, Swalley Irrigation District and the Central Oregon Irrigation District recently completed four lateral piping projects that
will permanently protect 6.59 cfs in the Deschutes River during the
irrigation season (April – October) from Bend to Lake Billy Chinook.
