Special Tribal Access for an Exclusive Fly Fishing Experience

Join the Deschutes River Conservancy in honoring the lifeblood of Central Oregon by fly fishing the world famous Deschutes River. On September 6th, we will auction sixty spots for an extraordinary fishing experience on various coveted sections of the majestic Deschutes River. Half of the trips will be granted special access to the Tribal side of the Lower Deschutes. These usually off-limit runs, riffles, and back eddies are loaded with wild “Redside” trout, eager to rise to the occasion. Trips include expert guides and all of the necessary provisions. There is limited availability for some two-day trips, which include dinner and an overnight at various locations such as the Redsides Lodge, exclusive North Junction cabins, and premier camping in the breathtaking Deschutes River Canyon.

All Fishing Trips will launch on September 15, 2007 as a part of the “A Day For the River” event. You must be present at this event to bid. Proxy bids are allowed. All proceeds from this event will benefit the DRC. A special thanks to Fly & Field Outfitters for securing the guides and handling all of the logistics. The Deschutes Brewery’s specially brewed DRC ale, Instream Extra Pale Ale, will be flowing on the tap throughout the evening.   Here are the details:
