Gregg is the Bend Field Office Manager, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. Reclamation's role in water management in the basin is the oversight of dams and water conveyances held in title and administered by Reclamation as well as the availability and use of Reclamation funding programs for water efficiency, improvement and modernization projects.
