In two sentences tell us what you do at the Deschutes River Conservancy.

I am responsible for accounting, financial reporting, grant management, and budgets. In addition, I oversee all human resources functions, office administration, and information technology.

What is the most important thing you are working on right now?

I am working on the annual budget for the new fiscal year. This is a process that requires input from all staff, and I enjoy meeting with many of our employees to plan for the upcoming year.

What is the most unique part about working for The Deschutes River Conservancy?

For me, it is being part of an organization that brings people together who have very different views. But at the end of the day, we all care about our river and want to support healthy river ecosystems, while making sure there is enough water for the city and the farmers.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Dancing ballet and spending time with my family.
